For two nights only, Chef Bobo Cerea will join forces with Chef Francesco Torcasio, Executive Chef of Chic Nonna Dubai, to craft an exquisite multi-course tasting menu that celebrates tradition, innovation, and the essence of Italian gastronomy.
Known for his refined techniques, creativity, and deep respect for authentic Italian flavors, Chef Cerea will bring a touch of Da Vittorio’s world-renowned culinary philosophy to DIFC.

A RARE EVENING CELEBRATING ITALY’S MOST LEGENDARY SUPER TUSCAN
Following the sold-out success of its Tignanello Wine Dinner, Chic Nonna proudly unveils Chapter II of The Wine Library, an intimate and exclusive affair dedicated to Sassicaia, the wine that redefined Italy’s place on the world stage.
On Wednesday, October 23rd at 8:30 PM, you are invited to embark on a journey through time, terroir, and legacy, discovering the artistry of Sassicaia through a curated multi-course dinner.
From the most acclaimed early vintages to the rare depth of the late ’90s, each pour reveals a chapter of history, passion, and innovation, an ode to the Tenuta San Guido estate and its role in shaping the legend of the Super Tuscan.
The evening begins with a glass of Ruinart Brut Champagne, followed by an exquisite tasting menu where every dish is thoughtfully paired to mirror the elegance, structure, and soul of each wine.
